Geraldine Connon established her ”made to order” business in 1985.

Her originality, vision and love of beauty in clothes continually evolves.

Born into a family of tailors, most prevalant her great grand-father. Philip Lepar [Leopold] a Russian jewish immigrant to Ireland in the early 1900’s
she has inherent skills, freely admitting, ”it’s in my blood to do this job”.

Connon strives to dress the female form in luxurious cuts of elegant cloth. She has an incredible work ethic, an eye for beauty and a need to challenge herself, both visually and artistically.

The Irish Linen Centre And Museum ,Lisburn hosted a gala evening to launch the new publication ‘Irish People Irish Linen’by Kathleen Curtis Wilson.The evening also celebrated the donation by MS Shirley Lord Rosenthal (former beauty editor Of American Vogue ) of Sybil Connolly LInen garments to the museum.GC entertained the privately invited guests to a remarkable catwalk presentation of wonderful Linen clothes titled “Art in Linen” The success of the show gave her a standing ovation from the audience.
